When bringing exceptional projects to life, it's important that you surround yourself with the right partners. We know what it takes to deliver the most ambitious composites projects; those that break new ground, those that inspire the world.
We believe our responsibility is to support exceptional projects however we can through the application of composites engineering excellence, to help you realise what is truly possible.

From Geneva Motor Show specials, to the full engineering development of seven-metre long amphibious rescue vehicles, we have delivered all manner of projects over the past three decades.
Our skills and experience are built upon a fundamental understanding of high-performance composites engineering. We don't dictate to our customers to suit our expertise; we collaborate with them to develop the best possible solution to deliver the exceptional.
We have all the requisite capabilities to deliver programmes from inception to reality entirely in-house; no need for outsourcing or third parties. From CNC machine centres to produce patterns and tooling, to autoclave capacity and a complete resin infusion setup.
Our responsibility is to support the project, not to add unnecessary complexity. We take your project and work directly with you to make it as successful as possible.

The best way to show how serious we are about supporting the world's most exceptional composite engineering projects is to lead one ourselves. In 2014, we began the journey of developing the world's fastest triathlon bike. We achieved that by 2017 and since then have been expanding REAP's offering across a wider range of bike types. In 2026 we have finalised an upgrade package to our gravel race bike which is tested, once again, as the most aerodynamic of its class based on independent data. The project has developed an unrivalled expertise in the UK and given an incredible insight into optimising lightweight structures for high-performance applications.
The Fering Pioneer is a long-range, hybrid-electric expedition vehicle designed to operate across extreme terrain and in remote environments. At the heart of its lightweight architecture is a carbon-fibre monocoque tunnel chassis engineered to withstand demanding operational conditions. Kamm was commissioned to develop the tooling and manufacture the 3.7-metre chassis using pre-preg carbon fibre and autoclave curing, within strict programme deadlines and constraints. The project required precise adherence to a demanding laminate schedule to ensure the structural performance and durability necessary for the vehicle's intended application. Following the initial programme, Kamm undertook a second phase of work to deliver a complete chassis assembly, drawing on its extensive experience in manufacturing and assembling large-scale composite structures.
We support those who dare to dream, in pursuit of making that dream a reality.
We specialise in delivering automotive projects that demand the highest levels of quality and attention to detail. Whether that is through precision in hitting structural requirements or in producing parts to the highest levels of visual quality.
Having met some of the most demanding quality standards in automotive engineering, including holding Tier 1 Volkswagen Group approval to supply components for Bentley Motors, there is little we haven't experienced over our years of operation.
With the application of composites broadening across many sporting arenas, the possibilities are seemingly endless.
Having delivered our own internal project with our racing bike division, REAP, producing the world's most advanced race bikes, and delivered multiple other sports projects including the full composites development of the Muov tilting exercise bike, our knowledge of applying advanced composites to sports products at the highest-performing level is second to none in the UK.
We understand the quality requirements and the importance of expedience and control within these sectors. Our skills, experience and working methodologies lend themselves to the development of groundbreaking and innovative technologies across both aerospace and defence sectors.
We previously held the required ISO 9001 certification at our previous factory facility, and after moving to our new facility in 2026 we have been working towards recertification with the newly updated ISO 9001:2026 standards ready for early 2027.
Having completed projects across both marine-specific and amphibious vehicles, we are confident in delivering almost any composite marine projects.
With experience from 7-metre long pre-preg structures and 11-metre long resin infused hull structures, as well as internal structural longitudinal structures and assembly, we have the experience and expertise to support where required.
The versatility of composites is incredible. Over our three decades in business, we have been involved in any number of fantastic and wide-reaching projects.
Our blank page approach of delivering a bespoke manufacturing solution to any engineering project means we can accommodate projects of all shapes and sizes across many industries.
From the complete composites development of a seven-metre-long amphibious rescue vehicle capable of up to 35 knots on water, to the production of propeller blade sets for a VTOL aircraft pre-production model, we've seen it all.
